Fundraising Terms and Conditions

Welcome to the Soap So Co. Fundraiser Program! By registering for our program, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Eligibility:

·       Participation is open to schools, sports teams, and other approved groups.

·       The registering organization must designate a primary contact person to manage the fundraiser.

2. Fundraiser Duration:

·       The fundraiser period will be agreed upon during registration and cannot be extended without prior approval.

3. Materials and Products:

·       Digital promotional materials and product catalogs will be provided.

4. Payment Terms:

·       An invoice will be issued upon submission of the order summary.

·       Payment must be received in full before orders are shipped.

·       Accepted payment methods include cheques, e-transfers, and credit cards.

5. Order and Delivery:

·       Bulk orders will be shipped to the designated address provided during registration.

·       Orders are processed and shipped within 7-10 business days after payment is received.

6. Profit Distribution:

·       The organization will earn 40% of the total sales revenue, calculated after taxes (if applicable).

·       Profits are retained by the organization and are not subject to return.

7. Tax Compliance:

·       Organizations must provide a valid tax-exempt certificate if applicable.

·       Sales tax will be applied based on local regulations if the organization is not tax-exempt.

8. Refunds and Returns:

·       Due to the fundraising nature of the program, all sales are final.

·       Refunds and returns are not permitted unless products are defective or damaged during shipping.

9. Termination:

·       Soap So Co. reserves the right to terminate participation in the program for failure to comply with these terms and conditions.
